Who can order

  • You must be 18 or over to buy a song.
  • You order for someone else; they never need an account. We only ever message you, the buyer, never the person the song is for.
  • You give us a WhatsApp number you can receive messages on. Order updates go there.

What you get

  • Lyrics written from what you tell us, which you can read, edit and approve before we record.
  • Two recordings of the same words in contrasting styles: Side A and Side B. Both are yours.
  • A gift page to forward, with the song, the lyrics and your note.
  • MP3 downloads, and the songs sent to your WhatsApp chat once it is linked.
  • One free remake within 7 days of delivery.

How an order works

  • We start the moment you pay: we write your lyrics, you approve them (with any edits), and we record two versions.
  • If you don’t approve within 7 days, we record the lyrics as written. You’re told this before you pay.
  • The free remake re-records the same approved lyrics with a new mood, voice or way of saying a name. Orders recorded without your approval can change the lyrics once in that remake.
  • Songs and gift pages stay up for 15 days after delivery, until 23:59 on day 15 in your time zone. Then we delete the audio, lyrics and story for good. A remake starts a new 15-day clock for the new pair.

What you can write

Write about someone you love, truthfully and kindly. We check every story and every lyric edit, and we won’t write or record:

  • sexual content, or anything sexual involving a child;
  • hate, threats, bullying or mocking someone;
  • self-harm encouragement;
  • other people’s private details, phone numbers, addresses or links;
  • real artists’ or songs’ names, “in the style of” requests, or lyrics copied from existing songs.

If something trips these checks before you pay, we show you why and you can change it. You are responsible for what you tell us about the person and for having the right to share it.

Using your song

  • Songs are for personal gifting and sharing with friends and family.
  • Please don’t release them on streaming services, sell them, or register them with Content ID or similar systems.
  • Songs are made with AI. We don’t promise copyright or exclusivity in the music; another song may sound alike.
  • Every recording is labelled “Made with AI” and carries an inaudible watermark.

Gift pages

  • A gift page opens for anyone with its link. It isn’t listed on search engines.
  • The person it’s for, or anyone else, can report it. A person reviews every report, and we take down pages that break these terms.
  • The public gallery is off unless you turn it on, shows first names only, and every song is approved by a person first. Songs for children are never listed.

Price and payment

  • The price is shown before you pay. In India it includes 18% GST and comes with a GST invoice.
  • Our launch price is for our first 10,000 customers. The counter on the site is real.
  • Payments are taken by Nexivara through Razorpay (India) or Stripe. We never see your full card details.

Refunds

No refunds for a change of mind, because you approve the words before we record and you get a free remake. If we fail to deliver, you’re refunded in full automatically. The details are in our refund policy.

Messages

We send order updates on WhatsApp and email. Reminders are opt-in and you can stop them in one tap. Non-urgent messages only go out between 9 am and 9 pm in your time zone.

Our responsibility

We make every song with care, but music is a matter of taste and AI can get things wrong. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for an order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here takes away your rights under consumer law.

Complaints

Tell us through the complaint form. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within a month. Our grievance officer:

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of the city of our registered office, without limiting your right to approach a consumer commission where you live. We’ll show the version of these terms you accepted on your order.
