What you agree to when you pay
- We start the moment you pay: we write, you approve (and edit), we record two versions.
- No approval in 7 days? We record the lyrics as written.
- One free remake within 7 days of delivery.
- No refunds for change of mind, or for not liking the song after the remake.
- Save your songs within 15 days. After that we delete them for good.
When we refund you, automatically

Refunds go back to the way you paid, on the payment provider’s and RBI’s timelines. In India, every refund comes with a GST credit note.
When we don’t refund
- A change of mind.
- Not liking the melody or the voice after the remake.
- Mistakes in the story or lyrics you approved.
- Missing the 15-day window to save the songs.
- How the person you sent it to reacted.
Something else went wrong?
Tell us through the complaint form. A person reads every one, replies within 48 hours and resolves it within a month. This policy doesn’t limit your rights under consumer law.
