What you get
- A personalised song in two versions, Side A and Side B, made from what you tell us.
- A private order page where both songs play, with MP3 downloads to keep.
- A gift page to share with the person it’s for.
There are no physical products, so there are no shipping charges and no courier.
How it’s delivered
- Right after you pay, your order page opens and we email your receipt with its link.
- Lyrics are usually ready within a minute or two. We email you when they’re ready to read.
- Once you approve the lyrics, both songs are usually ready within minutes. We email you again when they’re out.
- Everything is delivered to your order page and your email. Nothing is sent to the person the song is for unless you share the gift link.
How long it takes
- Most songs are ready within minutes of payment and approval.
- Now and then a person finishes the lyrics by hand, which can take a few hours.
- If there are no lyrics within 24 hours of payment, or no usable song within 24 hours of approval, you’re refunded in full automatically. See our refund policy.
Keeping your songs
Songs and gift pages stay up for 15 days after delivery, until 23:59 on day 15 in your time zone. Download the MP3s before then and they’re yours for good. After that we delete the audio, lyrics and story, and we can’t bring them back.

- Check your spam folder for an email from hello@singawish.com.
- Your receipt email has your order link. You can also log in with your email under My songs.
- Still stuck? Use the Help form or email hello@singawish.com. A person replies within 48 hours.
